Looks like all's to play for then, interview is at the end of the week.0

Just back from it, it was around thirty minutes and it was very casual. No probing questions and more of a general discussion.
I was told there were still a few people to see and it would be the end of next week before I heard anything.0 -
Sounds similar to the only time I had three interviews for a post. All were formal face to face, but the last one was store manager and HR manager (retail sales manager job). It was still a fairly formal process, but they did advise me on the day that I didn't get it, as they had seen 3 candidates in the final round (turned out to be my manager in the job I was doing at that time who got the job
). I got the feeling it was a 'clearance' interview to see if the store manager liked the cut of my jib.
Anyway, you have done it now, so good luck!0 -
Just had a form sent from the company asking me to declare that I had no criminal record, this is all new to me.0

So which CD are you going to admit to as your guilty pleasure?
CRB checks seem to be becoming more commonplace now, even for jobs which don't really need it. Even if this isn't a CRB check, all they want is to cover their asses - possibly a requirement of their public liability insurance. Assuming you've not got any history you wish to hide then you shouldn't have any qualms about completing the form.
(I think there's some statute of limitations about for how long you might need to declare criminal convictions, but I don't know the answer).0 -

Nothing to declare, just find the process very long.
Form completed and returned.0
