Hello,
I am looking to email and post a letter to Halifax. They hit me with a default three years ago which was made up of unfair charges.
I want to go to the top dog so to cut out the middle man (unless anyone else has other suggestions) and wondered if anyone has the contact details please? Both email and/or address.
I know there is a Halifax address/email is online but need to make sure its going to the right place!
Thank you!

It will still land with the complaints team, ceos are aware that people do this all day nowDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

I went to the ceo on 4 occasion over vulnerability issues, and they never replied!!!0

I would do it over Resolver. I resolved an issue with Halifax via resolver and they dealt with it quickly and gave me £50 to say sorry.0

I've heard some good feedback from people using Resolver so that's a good suggestion.
