Ahhhhhh! Been trying to get through to HSBC for the last two hours! I want to make my FINAL payment on a loan and they're just not answering the phone. They have got the worst customer service in the world and last time I had to call them it cost me £14 because their "customer service representatives" are so useless. Funny how quick they can ring you though if you miss a payment....

Try to phone up the free phone Premier Banking number. It is on there website. Then complain about how long you have waited on the phone. I did this and got an apology. Plus problem sorted out.

I couldn't ring that number last night as it's only open until 9. I rang the usual number at 8 this morning and got straight through, so all sorted now. They really need to get new hold music though!0
