I won a Pyrex dish

It was from COLMANS. I don't know who posted it as can't re find it but thank you.
I have had to go back to Colmans as it arrived broken. Delivered by YODEL. Who should take for the responsibility for the damaged dish?:mad:

I have emailed Colmans so will wait and see now. I hadn't purchase anything to enter the comp. Very pleased to win as I had stopped doing the comps for about a year until March 2016.

I also received a Pyrex dish from the Colman's giveaway yesterday, also delivered by Yodel, also broken when I opened the box

I have used the contact form on the Colman's website to feed it back to them and have my fingers crossed that there may have some spares to send out.

The packaging wasn't brilliant for something quite fragile. :mad:

I also received my dish today....also broken! Packaging not great!! I have contacted Colman's via their website.

I hope they can replace it, as it looks a lovely dish.

Well done all winners, but :mad: on the broken prize. It sounds like it's Colemans fault as the packaging wasn't up to the job. I hope you all get replacements and in one piece.

Hi everyone,
I am reassured that with so many broken dishes they will take responsibility and re issue the dish in better wrapping.
Colmans have not responded to my email. Has anyone else heard anything?
