Hello,
A little bit of advice please. We are in the process of buying a property and have been informed that it is not on the land register.
Has anyone else been in this situation and do you know how long it takes to get the property registered?

- a first registration is currently taking on average 40 working days. However that is an average so some can take longer, say 3/4 months
