What next after LTA?

So, an open question for the board - given that the lifetime allowance is now rather modest in terms of the pension income it can provide, and possibly set to become even lower in future...
What is the next best form of investing for retirement, once LTA is likely to be exhausted?
If under 40, the new lifetime ISA looks like a possibility.
What about VCT? EIS? SEIS?
Anything else out there?

Unlikely as increases have already been built in and the LTA is considered a short term grab that will eventually not be required due to the lower annual allowance. However, logic and reality dont often go hand in hand when it comes to taxation.Anything else out there?

More than sufficient for the vast majority of the population though. Modest is a relative term.0
