No not no reason. There'll be a perfectly valid reason from the lenders perspective.

To be so concerned I have to assume that you are hiding something from your lender. As you are behaving in such a manner.

I feel sorry for sompe people who don't do their home work exchange and however unlikely then have an issue . Opps

Generally once you exchange and back off, is it the 10% which u will loose?

Or can seller sue u for more ?
