Opening a pension just for a £400 payment from past employer

My partner needs to open up a pension before Jan 2008 because her last employer will transfer her pension - £400 into any pension before then or she loses it (and she can't join her new company pension until June 2008).
Can anyone advise on the easiest and cheapest way of setting up a pension for this £400 as it would be pointless opening one up which will take most of that away in admin fees?
Thanks

plenty of Stakeholder or other low cost Personal Pensions (subject to min premiums) out there. The majority of plans out there charge on a percentage basis so size is not always important. I suspect, unless you have other advice needed, this in isolation would not be cost effective for an IFA.
