Is there an update on this? I'm currently in similar position mortgage in partners name large deposit from myself who is not going on the mortgage but I will be living in the property Halifax are aware I will be living there just wondered if it went through ok we're just waiting to hear if they are ok for us to proceed them we can exchange. Very stressful0
