Connells Free Legal Fees Campaign

Hi
I'm selling out flat and was just curious after forgetting about the Connells Free Legal Fees Campaign. I ticked the box as I was told this was a good way to vet the buyer that they had the available funds for the mortgage so it wouldn't fall through.
Its up for 240k and he said if the buyer comes to us with an offer matching the valuation of 240k and use this incentive they only pay 239k as they get £1000 off.
However what has become blurry is if they offer 235k and we accept does that Legal Fees Campaign still stand or is it only if they offer market price and decide to go with Connells legal?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Is this legals or mortgage services? A subsidiary of Connells do that for the purchaser using their mortgage services. It is not normally tied to an asking price offer but an agreed offer. If I were you I would double check the details.Mtg Balance £147,000 : Savings £7,000 / £10,000
