PCC Electricity poles compensation

Not sure if this is the right place but we have a 11Kv power line over our garden and a pole right in front of our conservatory. Never thought much of it but got a letter from PCC ltd today saying they will seek compensation on a no win, no fee basis and it could be thousands as proper easements were rarely put in place for these lines / poles and it could de-value my property etc.
Just wondering if anyone had heard of them or is it a can of worms I don't want to open?

Since the article refers to at least one proper RICS regulated operation that charges 12%, compared to the 20% that PCC Ltd charge, I think I'd give the latter a miss.0
