Debt Managment & Mortgages

Hi,

I'm in a debt management program and live in an ex-council concrete high rise. I would like to remortgage to pay of my debts and purchase a buy to let. Has anyone got any ideas on how difficult this will be?

    I would say very.

Is this spam as this post is very different to your other thread:
    Hi,

I'm thinking of moving in with my girlfriend. What would happening if I didn't tell the bank and rented out my flat?

Your going to need a broker.
I can think of maybe 3-4 lenders who will do the Debt Management plan, how many of those will lend on high rise and to capital raise for a BTL im not sure. Of those 3-4 only 1 will deal directly with the public.
