Is the txt charged at usual rate?

it sent me to orange wap, with title of free ringtone on the text - but when I got there I could not see where to pick the ringtone up and I did not want to stay around, cos I don't think wap is free at the moment is it?
there was a list which included ringtones but when I went on that it asks you to search for a ringtone? searched for mungo but no results
any hints or tips appreciated thanksI always wanted to be a procrastinator, never got round to it...0 -
