            If you have a copy of xp proffesional I believe you can load as many times as you wish
But only one pc if it is just standard xp home.
That is why 2003 server is loaded on more than one it was bought as a corporate/business use copy and xxx qty of licences purchased.Yuo will also find with the pro copy you can run microsoft update,if you insatall a copy when you link to microsoft download it will not allow you to download and install important service pack updates as it sees you pc xp as a copy.Be ALERT - The world needs more LERTS0 -

We didn't buy it on corp license, we bought 2 servers and 2 copies of 2003 to install on existing servers, all we got was the 2 copies with the servers and 2 licenses for the other 2.0
