Thanks Parsniphead. It's been a long long journey for me, with lots of regressing on the finance front but I think finally I might be making some headway. Lovely to see you here and thanks for dropping inTotal (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

Good thanks. On our first week of the holidays so not really up to much as we are all exhausted! Do you have any exciting plans over the holidays?Goals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000

OH got paid yesterday so I made my payments for this month. Am now under 23K! (just!). Just really the minimum payments this month as we have a lot of school expenses and I am trying to forward plan with paying their activities rather than sticking it on the credit card. So extra things I need to pay for:
* School books €80
* Gymnastics €118
* Swimming €156
* Extra childcare €200
* Eye appointment (Evie) €80
From now until end of October is going to be very busy and expensive. OH has been told about some target related bonuses which are due in Oct, Nov and Jan (pending the team meeting the target). If he meets all 3 we have the potential to get rid of a good chunk of our debt so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for that.Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

We are on week 4 of ours now. The kids over here get 9 weeks off! They went to their school summer camp on Week 1, then we all went to Cork for a week for Week 2 and the last 2 weeks have been filled up with playdates, trips to the beach/library and birthday parties! They definitely aren't bored yet that's for sure.
What about you?Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

Wow! That's a long holiday. Ours get 7 weeks and I thought that was long :eek:
We have holiday clubs running this week and another week mid August. DD is booked into a Paddle School for a week (her choice) and we are hoping to go away for a week towards the end of the holidays.
Fingers crossed your OH gets the bonuses.
I'm shocked that you have to buy E80 (sorry no Euro sign on my keyboard!) worth of school books! Are they work books?Goals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000
