Can I claim these back?

Whilst looking through my recent mortgage paperwork (after claiming MEAFs from the older ones!), I realised that I had been charged by the lender for:

Arrangement fee of £499
Admin fee - £315

Also as I had gone via a broker at my estate agents, they had charged me £99 Admin fee and also £200 'contribution' to the Agents for setting up the mortgage and advising me, although they didnt really advise as I had a choice of about 3 apparently (they didnt show me the details on screen, just talked through them).

I believe these fees are over and above what it would have cost them to 'advise' me and complete the paperwork - does anyone have any experience of similar, and has anyone tried to recover these - with or without success????

thanks
