I've gotten this reply 3 days after I asked what loans I have taken with payday UK are they kidding ? £1 charge !!

Dear Mr xxxx,

Many thanks for your recent contact.

In order for us to send your Statement of Account as requested, you will need to pay a £1.00 fee. This can be paid by either postal order or cheque and must be sent with a letter requesting your Statement of Account.

If you have any other queries, please don't hesitate to contact us and one of our agents will be happy to help.

Kind regards,

Customer Care Team

Just pay it if you want the copies. You clearly didn't bother to keep your own records and other places charge a lot more for copies.

Payday UK are not going to spend time researching and producing past records for nothing.

You don't need historical loan data in order to make a complaint about unaffordable lending.
In your complaint, you just refer to ALL loans held with the creditor, and ask for a refund of interest and charges.

Its then up to them to supply the information in order to respond to your complaint.
This is just another delaying tactic to put you off continuing with the complaint.
