Hi all, first post on here so please bear with me.
We have put on offer in on a property which has been accepted. (we know the seller) solicitors instructed searches nearly completed.
Our IFA got us an AIP before we proceeded with all this we then went to full application and today after 10 days of stressing out our IFA phones me to say that Platform has pulled the plug and cancelled our agreement along with quite a lot of others due to market problems in the USA etc. He has however found us another lender which looks hopefull Amber Home Loans.
Only snag is the seller is getting itchy feet (quite understandably) and wants to complete asap. We do too as we rent privately at present and want to move asap.
I would just like to ask what the time scales could be i.e: valueation etc as our IFA couldn,t really give me straight answer only that we do not need to do another full application as the packager already has all the info they need.
Thanks in advance for any info
Jen
