hello! are there fresh meals (dietetic with dietician's consultation) delivered? not frozen crap. I want to lose weight. thanks!

    Also Frozen meals can be better than fresh. Doesn't matter how it is stored, the quality of what is in it to start with makes more difference. Cook offer some great frozen meals http://www.cookfood.net/

    But if you are tring to lose weight, look into the My Fitness Pal app and just count calories.
