Hi, we purchased a double iCandy pram a couple of years ago at quite a cost. I recieved an e mail from them recently as my 2 year warranty is almot finished, offering three levels of service priced at £50, £100 and £200 respectively. Any of these services then extend your warranty for another two years, good deal it seems for £50. But it appears they exclude NI from this service as they have no arrangement with a local courier. Very frustrating that the fortune I spent is worth less than someone in London, Manchester or Glasgow!! Something to consider for parents to be deciding on a pram..

We had an older iCandy buggy that we got new wheels for 2 years ago, at that time we were able to get the wheels replaced through a local babyshop as there was a local iCandy authorised repair man who was allowed to fix iCandy buggies. That option I believe is no longer available as iCandy stopped allowing him to do repairs and all spares and repairs now have to go through iCandy directly.
