Online goods never arrived!

I had no idea where to post this, so I apologise if it's in the wrong place!
Back in August 2015 I ordered £57 worth of clothes on a website called sugarandstyle.co.uk. I had no doubts about the legitimacy of the site as they own a store in Camden, so I though I would be fine.
The clothes never arrived. I have contacted them numerous times through their online contact form but have never had a reply. I have messaged them on Facebook and they have seen the messages but not replied. I have even left comments on their Instagram photos!
I can't find a phone number for them and I have no other clue how to contact them.
I paid by debit card. The money is on my statement. I've been abroad for 6 months which is why I left this problem for so long, otherwise I would have posted months ago.
What can I do now?
Thanks in advance for any replies!

Get in touch with your bank, they should be able to reverse the transaction for you.

An update, if anyone cares: I sent them ANOTHER message saying I was going to report them for fraud and - BOOM - instant reply and refund. Ridiculous. I'm happy though!GoalsCredit Card - £500/ £1500[STRIKE]
