Online Opinions Paying out

Hi Everyone

I have reached my £50 on my online opinions account and have emailed them asking to pay me out . They have replied with yes if you send me your bank details. As you can imagine I am very wary with giving bank details out so I replied asking for a cheque. They have replied saying they cant send cheques but only pay in BACS . Has anyone else had any experience with this paid survey site about paying out and if so was it safe enough.
I can set up a separate bank account (new) and give them details but im still a bit wary.
Has anyone at all had experience with this survey company at all ?
