hi hope anyone can help me. have recieved a letter from a company called SRJ debt recovery ltd stating i owe £195.23 to carphone warehouse. As i was totally unaware of this debt and after getting nowhere with the company themselves i decided to send them a letter requesting a credit agreement. I was told that i would have to contact carphone warehouse themselves. Do i now have to send out another request to them? Any advice would be great to get these people off my back

it is not clear what PJD wants and what the situation is.

have SRJ indicated that thy do not have the CCA?

How long since she wrote to car-phone warehouse?

she has spoken to the DCA yesterday i believe and they have referred her request for the copy of the credit agreement to carphone warehouse, hopefully PJD will be back soon to update us fully.

big thanx to pania for that. I had sent a request to SRj for a cca and they stated i must contact carphone warehouse as they do not have the agreement. I hope this makes things a bit clearer

me again. thought anyone could help me with another little corker. RED debt agency are requesting payment to the sum of £909 to abbey national. I know i have had not an account with abbey in over ten years and i also know i did not owe any money or was in any debt to them. I have ignored them so far but should i send a letter requesting a cca from them?
