1. The prize draw is administered by Hermes Parcelnet Limited trading as myHermes, registered office address: Capitol House, 1 Capitol Close, Morley, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS27 0WH and registered company number 3900782 (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”).

2. Eligibility

2.1. The prize draw is open to all residents of the UK, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, who are aged eighteen (18) and over and meet the requirements set out below, with the exception of (1) employees and officers of the Promoter, its agents, associates, printers and their immediate families and (2) anyone professionally connected with the promotion. The Promoter shall only accept one entry per person. Multiple or bulk entries or entries through agents or third parties are invalid.

3. Further entry requirements are that:

3.1. you must have accurately added your name, contact email address and telephone number (“Details”); and
3.2. you agree to share your Details with the Promoter and Missguided Limited (company number 3235904) 75 Trafford Wharf Road, Manchester, M17 1ES (“Missguided”) and understand and agree that both may use your details to contact you regarding news, offers, promotions or information about their products and services (“Information”) (as was highlighted to you on the entry page).

4. By entering the prize draw you indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The prize draw information on the Promoter’s website forms part of the terms and conditions. If you do not agree please do not enter.

5. How to Enter

5.1. The prize draw opens on 00:01 (GMT) 11th April 2016 and closes at 23:59 (GMT) on 30th April 2016. Entries must be submitted within this period. Responsibility cannot be taken for lost, damaged or delayed entries whether due to technical problems or otherwise. Incomplete or invalid entries will not be accepted.
5.2. There is no cost to enter the prize draw. To enter you must guess the correct answer. 5.3. All correct answers will be entered into a prize draw and one entry will be chosen at random and will be deemed the winner.

6. The Prize

6.1. The prize for the winner will be a Missguided voucher worth£250 which can be redeemed against purchases on https://www.missguided.co.uk (“Voucher”) (“Prize”). Voucher cannot be redeemed against purchases at concessions, stores or on third party websites.

7. Administration of the Competition

7.1. The Promoter shall administer the competition in accordance with the rules set out above.
7.2. The winner of the prize draw from all valid entries received shall be notified via telephone or email within 7 days of the Competition end date. The Promoter shall contact the winner by email with a Prize winning letter attached confirming full details of the Prize(s) and how to claim.
7.3. If the winner does not respond to claim their Prize within 14 days of a notification being sent out by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to the next eligible entrant using the process above.
7.4. Any Prizes won by a business will be the property of the business (rather than the participating individual), to be used at the discretion of winning business.

8. Details of the winner will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to myHermes Competition, Marketing Department, Capitol House, 1 Capitol Close, Morley, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS27 0WH within four (4) weeks of the closing date.

9. The Prize is as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.

10. In the unlikely event that the Prize cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control, the Promoter has the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize(s) of equal or greater value.

11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions, to cancel or postpone the identification of the winner, or the prize draw at any time as a consequence of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. You agree that we may use your personal details to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion including but not limited to winner announcement on the myHermes website, https://www.myhermes.co.uk, https://www.missguided.co.uk or on social media channels (Facebook and Twitter) and to administer and run the promotion. We and Missguided will also use your Details to send you the Information. For more information on how we or Missguided uses your Details please write to the Customer Services team at relevant address of us or Missguided stated above.

14. We shall not be liable to you should you suffer any expense, cost, claim, loss or damage by making any entry or from you winning the Prize, provided that nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

15. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with the promotion.
