does any one know if an employer can recover an overpayment of company sick pay .from the following payslip which is of ssp .

no - an employer CANNOT recover an overpayment from SSP

The OP's title is actually not correct (either that or their post is incorrect!). In the post they refer to company sick pay.
OP, can you clarify which it is that you are referring to?
I think he is clearly asking can the employer deduct overpaid CSP from SSP

I agree that Harl's asking about the deduction of overpayment of Company Sick Pay from a pay that consists of Statutory Sick Pay only, in which case Tigtag02 is right, they can't deduct overpayment from SSP.

sorry guys ,the company say that they over paid me in a june which was company sick pay , in the july i had only ssp , to which they kept all of it my pay slip shows ssp but paid but i did not received nothing ,so i had no income at all in the mth of july , iv spoke to HR they say they can do this . thanks in advance0

Your HR department is wrong - they cannot.
