Can someone advise me on application process?

Hi
We have put our full application in with Precise mortgages on the 2nd and have just sent in some extra info they asked for. I know they searched my equifax credit report on the 6th. Can anyone tell me what happens next?
If they are happy will they issue an offer subject to survey or does the survey have to done before the offer?
I'm a bit confused and very anxious as we need to complete by June!
Thanks

Your first question - yes, the mortgage broker who must have put the application in (Precise do not take direct applications).
Survey is always done before offer - although there is an application status with some lenders (including Precise) which is 'approved subject survey'. Your mortgage broker can explain this further
If you are "confused" ask your mortgage broker, it his/her job to ensure you are not confused.
June should be do-able but your mortgage broker is in a better position to express an opinion than us bunch of muppets (potentially) on an internet forum.
In short - your mortgage broker is in a much better position to answer all your questions than us.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Can I ask how your experience with precise went and the order of what happened and when?0
