Get a sign out on your gate and an honesty box for the eggs. We get £1.20 half doz here

I'd use a lot of the fish and eggs making fish pies. Pure comfort food. Cooked now and frozen, then it's just a microwave reheat served with steamed veg

Fish fillets can easily be cooked on the grill, as well as the crayfish etc. Although I would open cook them, not put the lid down

When we done our kitchen I had a sandwich maker, a grill and a microwave in the hall on top of the kitchen table. We managed really quite well with a bit of cheating, like bags of salads for veg and crusty bread for carbs

How about an oven made Paella and use some of the seafood/meat in that? There are quite a few recipes online for oven baked Paella http://www.thedailymeal.com/recipes/oven-paella-chicken-shrimp-and-chorizo-recipe

Also you could make battered fish and chips in your deep fat fryer? Or with the meat you could marinate it and cook it in the oven - tandoori chicken/pesto chicken?

Do you have a BBQ? You could cook quite a few items alfresco - weather depending of course!

    Thanks for the ideas everyone.

I'd love to advertise the eggs outside my house, but we live on a main road and there's nowhere to stop outside (it's also on a bend/accident blackspot so I don't want to take anyone's attention away from the road). No idea where a pop in parlour or anything similar is near me and googling doesn't help me find out. I wouldn't throw them away though, I'd rather give them away to friends and neighbours, freeze them, or cook them and give them back to the chickens!

Just gave the 12 eggs to my colleague, and someone else has asked for 6.

We won't have an oven, but I'm guessing I could make the paella in the slow cooker. Also I could marinate the meat and cook it on the health grill so it's a bit more interesting than just plain meat/fish.

Fish and chips is a good one we could easily do, thanks.

And we do have a BBQ so I'll keep my fingers crossed it's warm enough for one.
