mortgage matters

hi has any one herd of the above my freind is about to take a remortage out with this people but i suspect that they are not any good as her bank has turned her down and she has debts and has allready remortage in the last two years and there is no equity in the house so i would of thought that no proper mortage company would touch her i could be wrong just wondering if any one has any idea about them thanks

earwig, i used to work for them and they are no problem what so ever. They are a broker and are able to place her mortgage with some incredibly reputable sub prime lenders (northern rock/alliance and leicester ring any bells?) they are fully FSA registered and are a part of the estate agency groups ward and partners, cubit and west, douglas allen etc depending which part of the south east you aer from.
Just as they can help people that others have struggled with doesn't mean they are no good. let your friend go to with a clear head and get the help and advice that she needs from a very reputable company.

thank you i was just worried as like i say she is in trouble with money cards maxed out mortage diferd 5 times this year alone and was worrying that she was about to make this worst the company who have ok it so far are country life they have offered her an extra 40 grand on top of the 120 grand she allready has on a mortage but the house is only worth 138 grand and her oh only earn 22 grand per year but if they are a good company she should get no problems thanks again
