Wright Hassal POPLA case vs UKPC

Hi All,
Today I received a letter, like many others about the Wright Hassal LLP getting involved with POPLA process. Please see here for pic (replace hxxp to http) hxxp://i66.tinypic.com/2zq5svd.jpg
Background: PCN for parking outside of a marked bay in a free 2 hour carpark, the driver did not blocking anyone, was unmarked space in between bays, shopped at the retailer with receipt, only parked for 12 minutes so the warden was quick. I followed the Newbie sticky on the forum for the dispute process.
Timeline of Events:
June 2015 - NTK Received and Appeal to UKPC rejected
July 2015 - POPLA appeal sent claiming GPEOL, Lack of standing/authority from landowner, unreasonable/Unfair Terms, Unclear and non-compliant signage.
Aug 2015 - UKPC evidence pack received
Aug 2015 - Rebut sent to POPLA against UKPC
Nov 2015 - Received POPLA letter saying decision delayed due to PE vs Beavis in the supreme court
Apr 2016 - Letter from Wright Hassal acting for POPLA in this case
I now have 7 days to respond with further evidence to WH. Do I reiterate my rebut against UKPC's evidence pack? Due to the supreme court decision, I cannot claim GPEOL anymore, so do I ask for the other points to be clarified such as proof of landowner authority?
How strong is the "No legitimate interest in enforcing a charge" in my case as I used the carpark as intended to shop. Surely it is a legitimate aim of the landowner that customers should be able to use the car park to purchase goods at his shop without persecution where I haven't caused the landowner any loss or infringed any of their legitimate aims.
Thanks in advance for the help!

Read the other thread, here, for opinions. I don't think we can do this on a case by case basis in seven days flat:

A lot will depend on whether you ever got any 'evidence pack' in 2015? If not, then quote the Lead Adjudicator Mr Greenslade at WH and demand a copy and more time.
HTH - DO NOT DROP THIS BALL, WORK ON IT AND RESPOND.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

What did the signs say? For example, in town the signs in the multi storey say that you must not park in an obstructive way, nothing about parking in between lines. Pictures help too.
Keep reading other threads on WH letters as advice is beginning to emerge from regulars.0
