Advice on those company's who lend to annul BR

Hello I have recently been made BR and I spoke with the OR today. We have lots of equity in our property and the OR mentioned the Trustee is going to charge a lot of money in fees to sell the property. He mentioned a company (he said there are several) who assist by buying the BR debts to annul the BR and you then pay them back (like a bridging loan).
I saw a couple of warnings in some previous posts but just wanted to see if anyone has some advise on whether or not this is a good option???
