Selling things

Hello. Part of the terms of my bankruptcy is am not to sell anything (at least not until after discharge I assume?). Does that mean I can't even sell the baby's old trike, youngest girl's scooter, things like that?

TIA

  • I think they mean selling items of considerable value - a piece of antique furniture or jewellery.
Small items worth tens of pounds wouldn't be a problem I don't think.

Generally I don't think they care about low value household items but if there is something specific you want to sell and youre unsure you can always ask the or if you're worried.
