Transferring my workplace pension to someone else

I currently have a workplace pension I've been paying into for several years (my employer has also contributed to it). Although, I'm still a few decades off being able to withdraw it. My mother on the other hand, doesn't have any pension at all and is nearing 55. Would she be able to set up a personal pension and I transfer my pension pot to her, then withdraw 25% of the total tax-free?

The pension is not yours to gift to someone else. So, no. you cant do it.

Nope. But she could go through the merry procedure of contributing to a pension now and then starting to draw out of it when she reaches 55, if she wants to.
Free the dunston one next time too.
