The T&Cs say "One sample request per household only", so my guess is duplicate addresses will be picked up on their system.

thanks for this, my son is 14 and is like a typical teenager trying to keep spots at bay.... my bathroom side looks like a shelf in boots.... so anything to help keep him looking gorgeous (although that is always for me as his mum!) is great thanks op
