Online form -where to put something

I've just completed the online form and I must say it's very easy.
I've been to court and have got a person at risk of violence order, but there is nowhere to put this on the form?
Also, there is no longer a big space to write reasons for bankruptcy, just a couple of tick boxes, so I can't even write a note in there!
Any ideas??

    Hi

I can't find much information on the PARV process apart from getting the order in court, which you've already done. The Insolvency Enquiry Line should be able to give you more information. It's set up by the Insolvency Service.

You can telephone them on 0300 678 0015, or email them at:

    Right, all sorted!
They emailed me back and once you've paid the fee and press submit the question is on the next screen, just input the court and date you got the person at risk of violence order and it's all done, phew
