An unsecured loan then....why secure it against the property when you dont have to....
The reason I say Lloyds and they gave loads of my mates on IS loans and credit cards...0 -
Didnt see the message above first...I still think a loan secure or unsecured is the option here!
Like you say with that amount of equity they would be mad....
