Hi Everyone
I have 27k in premium bonds which I am going to cash in
I have 2 houses one rented out the other I live in which has a 112k mortgage
I also have shares and money put aside for emergencies

Should I
a. Pay 27k off the mortgage
b. Wait for a dip in the stock market and invest in blue chips
c. Remortgage the rented house and use the cash and 27k to pay off the mortgage
d. Invest in tax free savings
e. Any other suggestions
f. Have a mid life bender and blow the lot

I am 45 and have an insurance policy which will pay approx 50k in 5 years( not connected to a mortgage)
My mortgage is interest only and penalty free
