Got chatting to guy in the gym, he showed his watch garmin vivo active. I was really impressed with what it could do.iv never seen this kind of watch so could do with some recommendations . The garmin is approx £125, bit pricey, but I would pay it if there's no alternative that could pretty much match it.
What I'm looking for is the usual gps stuff, syncs to phone, the sleep app, and find my phone was a bonus
