Another Hiccup For My Dmp

Just noticed today that my direct debit for my DMP with the cccs has not been taken out of my account, when I phoned my bank there is no direct debit set up and it seems they have set it up on someone elses account, because the cccs have received a payment this month. Got to phone them tommorrow to sort this out, but just goes to show banks dont check things properly because they must not have checked the names on the direct debit, and just must have gone off the account numbers. Anyone else ever had this sort of problem, would be interesting to know. Cat:mad:
