No. It means that you have to go back to the tribunal and explain what you have done to attempt to enforce the judgement and that you cannot.0 -
Bailiffs (County Courts Enforcement section) can enforce your County Court Judgment. Used to be called a Warrant of Execution. There's 5 ways you can enforce a CCJ and all cost around £100.
Alternatively you can escalate (transfer) the matter to the High Court. High Court Enforcement officers (still called Sheriffs by many) have greater powers than bailiffs [you may have seen them on Ch5 as well]Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.0 -
But of course neither can get money that doesn't exist. So you'd have to balance the additional cost against the chances of them coming back with any money for you.Bailiffs (County Courts Enforcement section) can enforce your County Court Judgment. The Defendant is still trading, so there's no reason why no assets exist. Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.0

Well according to the OP, there is a reason. The "office" is virtual. So it doesn't exist. At best it is a laptop. According to the OP there are no other company assets. And according to the OP the sole remaining "employee" is a director somewhere else in the world - not that their location matters because it is a limited company and so the director doesn't have liability. So whether they are trading or not really doesn't matter. There is money to go after.0
