    Well I used it yesterday and I'm still here today :D Used the food processor to grate it all and now we have our lovely new fridge freezer I will pop it into the freezer. Thanks for all of your help.

    I usually buy loads of parmesan when it's on offer and grate it all at once in my food processor and store it in the freezer.

    Very convenient.
