Paid or Unpaid Training?

Morning Guys,

Very quick question on behalf of my sister. She has had an interview and been offered a job working as a carer for disabled children which is great.

She's been told she has to undertake a weeks training next week but is unsure if this will be paid or not? Any thoughts?

9/10 it will be paid (possibly lower than the working wage - but not lower than the minimum wage)

Thanks, it's minimum wage anyway.
