Managed to get lots of double cream too on first reductions.
I'm making Dolphin noses potatoes.....that's dauphinois for the southerners:D and Eton mess so needs lots of cream.

Well I'm annoyed...
T-shirts are a vague and hazy memory here, in fact for the past three summers I don't think I've bought any new ones as they get so little use.
I am wearing a long sleeve thermolactyl top with a cardigan slung round my shoulders and that's indoors with the heating on. Out there, I shall have to muffle up as usual.
