Although I assume this only works if the vouchers are scanned on the self serve tills....last time I used the self serve in Marks it has rejected the use of vouchers...I thought this was now common that none of their self serves take vouchers.

    anyone else know?

Yes one of my locals has had this change in place for a while. Another outlet though still allows use of vouchers at the SS tills. Guess it depends from store to store.

    Morning all but only just.

My intent this morning was to empty out an old basket of receipts so I can clear all the detritus off my desk and do some general household tidying - this was supposed to take an hour and a half at the most but instead it's taken 3 hours - deep sigh

Receipts were some from 2015 but mostly 2014 - that was a very nice year for hols and weekends away so I've been distracted - but 2014 is over now and when OH returns from the front and dances on the recycling bin I will part company with 2014

Desk junk is now hidden away in the empty basket apart from a bit of filing but at least I don't have to look at it and there are clean patches on my desk. And finally I can have breakfast and legitimately do a few comps this afternoon :D

Also found a weighing slip from Boots from 7 years ago - 7 years of calories counting, exercise, vitamin tablets and my weight is exactly the same - more deep sighing

Thanks Nanny. I'm back :D I am halfway between the two Lidls in P***er and Sta***re, so not really that close.

Good morning Elite. Cold and windy here, heavy hailstones last night, but nowhere near as bad as oop north. Hope you all have a good day.

I have a £25 m&s voucher to use (think was from a groupon deal earlier in the year or mighty deals). Do you think I would be able to use the £5 voucher with that too?

    Afternoon all.

Bit cheesed off. Was expecting to have a carers assessment this afternoon at 3pm and they just emailed to cancel as someone off sick. Why do they need two people to assess me anyhow :mad:
Suppose to be coming next Wednesday now. Will believe it when I see it.

    Rant over :o

Thanks for this, but don't think you understand the ownership of a 17 year old boys phone, even the offer of free beer didn't get me past his pass word, you have this fun to come!

Afternoon peeps, off to catch up....
