Should we really be celebrating the death of Shakespeare?

Surely the media should be commemorating....or is it me?:)

Unfortunately I never had M as having the Hot Chilli Dressing Mackerel Fillets - just about the only 125g version that, once I started paying any attention to the Mackerel Fillets in M, I didn't have - so that doesn't give any guide and, as usual, people buy two or three weeks too late:( - also there were never any 190g versions as far as I am aware ever on 25p. However, no Cadbury's Fingers in M?!? Surely not? M have now got an "offer" on the twinpack version at £1.25 - however, with T having been £1 quite recently, the M offer is now not nearly good enough.

    A v T

    1x ASDA Grower's Selection Sweetcorn (2PK) £1.50 £1.00

0.81x ASDA Grower's Selection Loose Parsnips (PER KG) £1.04 £0.72

Think sal might have mentioned the parsnips

She certainly posted it:T, whether or not she mentioned it. Sometimes it's a case of A going up high in price and looks better than it is. However, on this one, I had a look and A are still £1.29/kg - it's T that have gone down in price. Apparently T have been that for about a month already before it seems we even noticed! T are still not as good price per kg as the bags at 29p in A before have been - that 810g ought to be a T price of 23p not 72p; however they are significantly cheaper now on the loose parsnips than A is (as shown by these comps.).

Meanwhile, on the loose Bramley Apples, it was Avs M - however M have now gone up in price from £1.53/kg to £1.64/kg but it seems Wrexham yesterday had yet to catch up (and usually didn't get to the list as I think bags in T at one stage worked out a lot better). To be fair, I was at Wrexham much earlier in the day than my other two Ms that were showing the new price. A still £1.65/kg, T currently £1.60/kg. HTH.
