Although it would be paying for them, of course, as A at useless £1 r'back(:(), does everyone know that Jacob's Cheddars 7 pack are 85p in M? Offer on until 26th April - I bet they won't even have that price showing instore on Monday so effectively it's first and last time (said that before:doh: and it wasn't).
There are three that A and M have: Original 7, Cheese & Onion 7 and Crinkly Variety 7.
I'm just being very delayed getting round to updating the M list (I think I'm even procrastinating with that:eek:) so of course I won't be ready during 10-4 Sunday shopping period for most and it'll all have gone by the time people wait for me - I think I'm relaxing just a little too much...:):T
Old El Paso Nachips 200g too - but they should be on for a little longer, WW Spaghetti tins 400g at 4 for £2 (hardly much good:(:rotfl:), Ultimate Blends 250ml went back to 2 for £3 (in the - very unlikely(?) - event of a glitch) and Flash Magic Eraser at £1 (for Tvs M, no need to buy T's bogof as sadly the cost of "one" in T is £2 - although, if it's on an M comp. maybe the cost of one in T is £1 price-match? No use though as 2 at total £2 is vs M at 2x£1:rotfl:!). Pretty standard £1 offer in M - and 2 packs have been £1.50 elsewhere so, again, hardly any good:rotfl::rotfl:.
I think that's most of the 'main' stuff I haven't already mentioned - apart from the Sheraton Leather Wipes, which I now have mentioned.
Alright, goodnight now!:wave:0 -

Seems they have an incorrect price on the SELs in their Ms. Why don't you write to M in Wrexham and tell the staff that, if they have this product, they should change the SEL to £1 so as to stop messing with your APG?:rotfl::(
Please can you change the SELs so we can have a correct comparison from Asda, thank you. (And don't start me off on the Salmon and the days on which they should have changed that:mad:...)0 -

It's not just M though - I went back to A, this time to my nearest A supermarket (like you do:doh:) because I saw the T offer on the Bitesize Shredded Wheat has not got too long to run (and I bet that'll change a day early again:mad:) and I thought I had not bought nearly enough - they're getting through them very quickly here at home:( (and it was a while between the last offer and this one). I think the Haribo Tangfastics single pack in my A supermarket is merely an item to try to catch me out, as I don't think that is online and that I think it therefore doesn't count as an item. I avoided that though - however there wasn't any Flump:(, so I had to pick another different item. Yes it's a store that does not have any Flumps:eek::eek:. There were only a couple of Bitesize Shredded Wheats left - doubtless as people thinking A's r'back is good:( - there were actually more in T itself when I passed by there on the way back and even with the £1.59 offer price on them. However, my A supermarket had kindly kept more of the Crunchy Nut 750g cornflakes for me (they're getting through those as well:() as they had £3.14 on the shelf. Whilst I would have liked £3.14 more than £2 - if I had had £1.14 more in APGs than I actually had planned - they scanned at £2 as hoped for really since I only had that amount to spend. Obviously lots on the shelf - they were OOS for me in one A earlier (but I didn't need them anyway) with big £2 r'back signage on - although that's not always the case as r'back sign did have stock of them later on.
So, yet another shop (this time in A) where at least one item scans lower than what the shelf says again, completely as expected.
I noticed, as I went into T, first shelf I saw was some Crunchy Nut Cornflakes 500g with a £2 offer on them. Now, why would anyone buy any of those?:rotfl: Of course, the bigger packs at £1.57 were in (and on the end of - so it was hardly hidden) the cereals aisle nearer the back of the store (I like popping in and looking at items I've bought in A:rotfl::rotfl:). Other smaller packs of £2 cereal in that 'eye level' shelf on the way in as well. Far be it from me to suggest that anything is planned...
I think the way to avoid all of this is to have a 'guide price' on certain packs and, if that isn't reached, then do not buy them - and therefore avoids paying over the odds. I suppose, in T in a way, it could be more blatant if they have Coco Pops 800g back on £1.87 at some point but then if they had the smaller packs at £2 out in the front! I'm not aware they ever had that, but I wouldn't be surprised if they did. My As though definitely wanted me to buy their own smaller offer packs at £2 they they had out at the front and several people fell for them:( - when T much cheaper at the time on the 800g packs at £1.87 there so Avs T back then on APG:money:. One of my wombles put the more expensive (on A shelf price, assuming it's priced correctly:rotfl:) Coco Pops on a comp. that turned out best vs M though and thus simply ended up paying more in any event than even A's not-good £2 offer on the smaller packs:rotfl:.
The ones that get me are the Crisp n Dry 1L veg. oils that sometimes go to 'offer' prices that are the price that the 2L should be - as if they want to cause confusion or something! The 'half size' Robinson's drinks going to coincidental 74p when that's the same price as should be looked for on bigger 1L bottles, that's another one... I bet at least some people think they are getting more than what they actually are.0 -
