had a further update regarding my sofa, had someone out again mid week, he found another fault with the end part of the sofa and ordered a part to replace it, but again after he left the frame moved back out of line (seems to do it after its been sat on half a dozen times) so I rang the company back up and they have rung me to say they agree that replacing the cushion will not change the problem with the frame and that they are going to reorder us a new sofa. 13 weeks delivery date though lets all have fingers crossed on that turning up and being perfect!!
