Not sure if this is meaningful but the items in the JW tuna 3pk have vanished from the 'View all' page...

    http://groceries.asda.com/promotion/2-for-pound300/ls87225

BUT at the minute the MB is still coming off in the trolley...

Be good f it glitched, you could get 4 packs for a net cost of £1.48 and buy 2 toothpaste for the tuna breath which makes a profit of £1.40, so pay £9 and get APG for £8.92, excluding fillers.
Of course those of us brave enough would probably get more toothpaste and use profit for other shopping.

Just out of curiosity, these are the final prices I got for my Savvy's APG items on Monday. Someone can look back and see what I had last time. I suspect that the APG will have similar few random hits but with different prices to me (unless I have hit on a price collection store - and then their result may vary depending on what they found, or didn't, elsewhere). I have gone N/A on more items before than last time - even though suspect, and indeed know (because I saw, and in some cases, bought stock without SELs) that M does still have these items at its 'cheap' RTC prices. On a few items I am still picking up the correct M price but I have changed and gone to higher M prices than before on some of them (I've now come across only, or more, stores with higher incorrect SEL prices).

I won't be repeating this exercise tomorrow. I will be using fewer stores for the day again, and that will be for the now normal price collection and not specifically for these items - I suspect I will find no trace of any of them or might find lots of stock of both the Red and Pink Salmon lingering on in one of my stores but with no SEL on the red and incorrect high price SEL on the pink:rotfl:.

I doubt whether my OOS 40p store from this time, even if I get chance to visit that store again, will have any indication of Pink Salmon now. So I will have remaining just my £1.50 SEL store and will change from 40p to £1.50 (the M list of course will remain the same real M price 40p - unless I discover that it goes down even further:rotfl:). Or I am in danger of disregarding the result from my single 40p store that is keeping the price at 40p purely on a tied result because that store has become OOS for me for too long and therefore its result no longer counts.

*Princes Mackerel Fillets in Tomato Sauce (125g)25p
Princes Mackerel Fillets in a Spicy Tomato Sauce (125g)N/A
*Princes Mackerel Fillets in Sunflower Oil (125g)N/A
Princes Mackerel Fillets in Curry Sauce (125g)N/A
Princes Limited Edition Mackerel Fillets Hot & Sour (125g)N/A
*Princes Wild Pacific Red Salmon (213g)N/A (I would have compared correctly last time)
*Princes Wild Pacific Pink Salmon (213g)40p
*Princes Tuna Chunks in Sunflower Oil (3x80g)N/A
Princes Tuna Chunks in Spring Water (3x80g)N/A
Ye Olde Oak American Style Hot Dogs (6 per pack - 560g)N/A
*Ye Olde Oak Premium Hot Dogs (400g)£1.00
*Ye Olde Oak Hot Dogs Mini (30 per pack - 560g)£1.00

Asda Biscuits Selection (300g) (made up item)N/A
Cadbury Snack Shortcake (6 per pack - 120g)N/A (I have still never discovered the true current price in M of this and don't know whether they ever went to 10p)
    *Go Ahead! Crispy Slices - Orange & Sultana (5x43.6g)£1.00 and any 3 for £2.00:rotfl::rotfl: (I was N/A last time:rotfl:)
ASDA Chosen by You Butter Biscuits - Milk Chocolate (125g)N/A
*McVitie's Deli Choc Biscuits with Belgian Dark Chocolate (150g)N/A
McVitie's Deli Choc Biscuits with Belgian White Chocolate (150g)N/A

    Cadbury Fudge (15x13.5g)N/A
    Cadbury Crunchie (12x17.5g)N/A

Belvita Breakfast Biscuits - Forest Fruit (6x50g)N/A
    Tracker Chocolate Chip Bars (6x26g)N/A
Tracker White Chocolate Chip Bars (6x26g)N/A (now N/A on this even though I did have 10p although I never found stock at that point)
McVitie's Breakfast Fruit & Oat Bakes Porridge Oats & Blueberries (5x40g)N/A
McVitie's Breakfast Fruit & Oat Bakes Porridge Oats & Apple (5x40g)N/A (I had both of these randomly going and coming off 10p before, I think at different times, but I have no trace of either now)

    *Fentiman's Traditional Ginger Beer (750ml)£1.32
Bottlegreen Sparkling Pomegranate & Elderflower Presse (750ml)N/A

*Baylis & Harding Pink Magnolia & Pear Blossom 2 Piece Set£1.00

I think I missed :eek:the Tuna & Sweetcorn off my list - but I was 25p on that at one stage (although on a tie), although sadly I later went to £1 after visiting more £1 stores. I am still £1 again now. You were unlucky on this one as I had to visit a different final store yesterday (where I'd found the £1 before): I suspect that had I visited my planned store, I would have given you 25p on a tied result (one 25p and one £1). However, I believe if I'd gone to what was originally my final store, I would have been N/A on the Ginger Beer as I haven't seen it in there before (although it might have appeared so I would have compared against whatever price they were showing - probably the correct £1.32 - or what I believe to be the correct price anyway - I've never scanned it - who knows - it could have gone down even further though I do not think it has (I would have checked its real price if I did) and therefore there is a small possibility that I don't have the right price at the moment and that it could really be something else). EDIT: In fact I think I'm wrong on the Ginger Beer - I think I did have that in two stores yesterday (including this actual final one)so would still have got it.

I've now found stock and a SEL for the Baylis set in Wrexham:). This has been in random stores for me before, but in enough to have given me hope that it might have compared - I thought I waited long enough whilst not allowing it to disappear from too many stores but no, I got £2 M on the actual APG:(. To be honest I don't think it's even worth 90p:rotfl:. The latest situation for me is that I picked it up with what seemed a very dodgy SEL in one store, without stock, that was about to be removed: I then found it in another store the following day - two units of stock but no SEL. So, indeed, the SEL at the other place was not dodgy but was an indication that M still had it somewhere (I'd be N/A though after 7 days if this situation persisted even if the store with the stock continued to have stock).

I've now found however with stock and SEL in Wrexham (though I'm not fully sure whether it is a 'scannable' SEL - or even whether this is needed). So I am picking it up from there as well as, at the moment, from the previous store with the SEL but no stock.

I reckon that, if Wrexham is a collection store, I may have got £2 from there as bought some weeks ago but Wrexham had probably not marked down their price:mad:, I may have had a £1 from elsewhere but a nasty £2 from Kidderminster that, taken with Wrexham, overruled what I believe is the right price. However, it's speculation. Clearly there are incorrect SELs in M from time to time:rotfl:. If their other stores have gone N/A (assuming Wrexham is one they use), then it might now be £1 assuming that they can pick the price up from Wrexham. I bet it's somewhere else though so it will be N/A - or something else:rotfl:. But, anyway, I have got what I think to be real M prices for my lists and whether the comparisons work or don't, that is that.

I may at some stage give my full breakdown of the result from each of the six stores - however it's academic and I'm not bothering with it.

*Items which I found somewhere in stock on Monday but, if I am N/A, I had no SEL. I found Red Salmon in two stores. I also found McVities Deli Dark Chocolate in two stores (a completely different two). I didn't find M Triple Chocolate Biscuit Selection at all, possibly to due to me buying all the stock before.
