My issue is with the coupons for items, e.g. the pizza vouchers, I scan them they register and say put them to the side, then when i click payment and insert money it just cancels the coupons and takes the money. So I have to go to Customer Service and get my money back. Have tried to get them to take the coupons but they insist that they won't take them if the item is on offer.
Now I just do comparison shops in Tesco. Thankfully they don't care that much and their tills take quite a few without authorisation.
haven't seen any MOC that would work on the new A system (since October),
had to complain to HO a few times, now have no problems in my local

    this is from February:

"Thanks you for contacting me about the issue with the vouchers and coupons which is ongoing in our stores at the moment.

All of our stores accept vouchers and coupons in line with our policy as stated on line this has not changed.

We do have a work in progress with the new software which the IT team are working very hard to resolve, however all of our colleagues in all of our stores have been trained on how to override this so that the vouchers go through.

I have contacted the * store and asked that all colleagues are re-briefed on this process. If on any visit to any of our stores you are unhappy with any aspect of your visit please ask to speak with the Duty manager will be happy to sort this out for you.

One of our Key Beliefs is service to our customers and we strive to deliver the best customer service every day. I’m disappointed on this occasion we’ve let you down. I can certainly appreciate how upsetting this must have been. This is not how our colleagues are trained, we should always want to do everything we can for our customers."

No door on the loo, I hope you don't get too many visitors.

At least once this week is over we hopefully will be able to get back in it, going to be a no entry zone tomorrow first layer of latex going down.

Do you know I have managed all weekend to avoid a paintbrush or roller in my hand. :o I think by the time Mr TS got to the next coat he didn't want me to make a mess of it so I got sent out to buy more paint instead. :D Ceiling is done so hopefully by tomorrow morning Mr TS can pop the downlights up into it properly. :D

All looks a bit clinical as it is all white but the units and worktops etc will tone it down, on and the floor tiles. ;)

    I really couldn't cope with 6 months with just a bowl. :o

I am hoping to order the doors tomorrow for the 2 larders and get a new kitchen door too as it won't match. Old one has to come off while floor being done anyway.

Really struggling without the washing machine, I don't like the idea of going to a launderette where people's clothes I don't know have been in, that is my OCD coming to play.

Be great when its done...Could we have some pics when finished....:D
