    Thank you .

He says painkillers are helping and he not in pain.

Sorry to hear that ds needs to have operation tweets :(. Hope they can get him in quickly, though I can understand his concerns about bills and not getting paid from work. One of my step sons is self employed contractor so if he's off he doesn't get paid either. He managed by cutting right back, it wasn't easy though x
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

I also got these in the same shop - the big bowl is exactly the same as the one i have from my nan and the little dishes are the same as the ones I have too :D

Best of all, for those plus the stuff for rhosy in the post above, they charged me the grand total of £2 :T

I went into another charity shop next door too while I was at it and as I was walking in, the handle broke on my carrier and I just about managed to stop the lot from dropping on the floor

Charity shop lady asks if I'm ok and need a hand, so I say yes please and ask for another bag. I buy something else amd stand there waiting for my stuff - she only thinks I'm donating it to them :o

Now I'm off to bemoan the fact that people don't wash crockery et al before giving to charity shop
