The girls are mostly ok - I've got one gone broody again  but she'll have to stay broody for one more day as it's going to be too cold tonight to put her in broody jail :o but yes, lots of eggs otherwise

In fact, I can mention my first different M that I went to and what an eye-opener again! A different store and it has given me some different prices. So, it was off to... drumroll... York!:rotfl:

Of the Princes/the Hot Dogs/the normally much higher priced 10p items, there were nine products in the store yesterday!

There are some Go Ahead Orange Slices - they are not in the usual aisle instead they are near to where you just walk in (before or nearby the fresh veg. section I think). They had 3 for £2 mbuy offer across the shelf. There were several flavours including the shelf - the Orange ones were just there, obviously with no separate SEL for them, so a surprise 10p item for some shoppers there if by chance they pick the right one!

I can see it going several ways:
They pick three other flavours unawares and pay 3 for £2:eek:.
They pick an orange one and are surprised when it is unsurprisingly 10p at the till!
They mix and match and happen to include orange - if they pick one orange - they get charged £2 at £1 each for the other two and then 10p for the orange so get charged more than if they've picked the ones actually on the mbuy! But why would you?
Or maybe they pick three orange - but no need to buy so much:rotfl:!

There is some McVities Deli Chocolate Dark Chocolate. I found it just mixed in with the Milk Chocolate. The Dark Chocolate was in a box just on top of the Milk Chocolate - there was a SEL only for Milk Chocolate in front of the box and thank goodness the price of that has gone up to £1.77 as no-one would be going in that box. However, if they did they might pick the ones on top - the Dark version on 10p - so, to save them for the Elite, I've taken all the Dark ones out and hidden them behind the box for the Milk version that's full price (in fact that's gone up in the past week from £1 to £1.77, according to SELs anyway). :doh:The Milk Chocolate in the box appears to be now half-gone so might encourage people to buy them more! So, not sure I've done right. However, fortunately for you, I've already bought these from other Ms so I only bought one pack and I've left four on the shelf (behind the box for the Milk Chocolate). Maybe fortunate for you, if you get there before anyone else.

There are some Party Hot Dogs on the RTC shelf with RTC label of £1.50:eek:. So I bought one, at 25p:rotfl:. There is quite a bit of stock left.

There are all three versions of 3x80g Princes Tuna - top shelf, normal aisle, all have correct SELs of 50p.

There are some Mackerel Fillets in Curry Sauce (same aisle) with incorrect SEL of... £1.37! Of course they scan at 25p.

There was some Princes pink salmon with quite some stock when I was there yesterday evening, with 40p SEL, however I couldn't see any red salmon. Nonetheless, I didn't pull out all the pink salmon and go through the whole lot to check - there wasn't any just as far as I could immediately see.

There are some Party Ring Footballs not in the normal aisle, instead they are on one end of the kitchen aisle. On the third shelf down - first two shelves have some Fox's Cookies - there are offer labels for them on the shelves and they go down (or up?) the shelves, including the shelf full of Party Footballs. Obviously no SEL for the Footballs - instead the Fox's Cookies offer label in front of them:rotfl:.

So, from York, the price I've taken from the SEL is even worse for you on the Party Hot Dogs! Good job that I have 25p from another store where I not yet been OOS for 7 days - however next week I shall be £1.50 if York doesn't change its SEL and if I fail to find stock for a 25p SEL elsewhere as this is the only SEL I've found with stock! I am already £1 on the Premium Hot Dogs as I've found those in two different stores with that SEL and don't have any 25p SELs for them:rotfl:. (Stock of Premium Hot Dogs sadly not found in York - however the Party Hot Dogs that are there are somewhat higher weight anyway. I was glad to find the Party Hot Dogs in stock again somewhere, as I felt I hadn't bought enough tins - maybe we'll need an extra one to what I bought - miles away from here - the other day. I thought I was going to have to make do with the Premium Hot Dogs from my £1 SEL store when I really wanted the Party ones instead - so I'm pleased I've managed to find another tin of those now.)

The Go Ahead! Orange Slices are 10p. However, I wouldn't compare £1.65 vs 10p because I haven't got a SEL anywhere so can't get any price.

The Party Footballs at 10p aren't on a.com and, as far as I know, aren't stocked in A. However, if my result was the APG and if A did have the product, I didn't have a SEL so I couldn't get a price and instead I'd compare against 50p obtained from the store with the incorrect label that says "Fox's Party Rings/Footballs 130g 50p". I wouldn't have compared the Fox's Party Rings, which are stocked in A, on the basis of that store since their weight is actually 125g but that label leads me to believe there are some other Fox's Party Rings 130g (which in fact don't exist) which are a different weight and therefore non-comparable; however fortunately I do have 50p SELs for those elsewhere so would compare those correctly 50p vs 50p. However, you should buy the Football Rings instead in M at 10p.

On the Mackerel with Curry Sauce, I take the incorrect £1.37 SEL price. Fortunately however I've picked up a price of 25p on this specific version from two other stores so I do still compare against 25p.

I bought the McVities Deli Dark Chocolates and they were 10p; however there was no SEL for this version and therefore I can't obtain a price from York. However, I am no longer N/A. Instead, I have picked up the incorrect SEL price of 44p that I've now found for these at another store. I saw a 10p SEL last week in a store which had no stock, but I'd had stock immediately before then so I still picked up the 10p - therefore, with me, you should have bought last week - although now is not as bad as Monday as I've gone from 10p last week to N/A on Monday* to 44p now.:rotfl: Of course the real M price has been 10p throughout.

On the Pink Salmon, I'd still be 40p (APG has £1.50:p). However, there was no trace of Red Salmon and therefore N/A from York. (But...did I now find it elsewhere?)

On the two comparable Princes Tunas though, I would have glitched brilliantly yesterday:D:D. I have got clear 50p SELs and stock (I didn't need that but I have it) - and although I obtained £1.50 from another store with the incorrect RTC price on it, I have a tie of one store with £1.50 and York with 50p, N/A everywhere else, so I take the lowest price I find and I'd be 50p. I'd be 50p on the other version as I didn't find it anywhere else. So, I've gone from £1.50 to 50p on one version and N/A to 50p on the other - now got both at the correct price.

Indeed, there is no indication of RTC on the shelves for any of the versions - so, if this were TBG, in the highly unlikely event it uses York as a collection store, it may well pick up the products and compare - as long as it doesn't find the RTC label for the one version in the other store. If it happened to use both stores, then it might not compare on the version that was available in the £1.50 store since that was marked RTC but may still compare against the other version because it wasn't found anywhere else. However, it's unlikely that TBG uses either of these stores and I reckon the most likely outcome is non-compare as, from three stores, it seems to me most likely to be no trace of all of them.

*I found stock in one store but there was no SEL so I couldn't get any price and found no trace of the product at all elsewhere.
